Description: Hatch Art Project is a fine art gallery based in Singapore. We exhibit young and emerging contemporary artists from the Asia Pacific. 

Our art space recently launched in mid-2018. Hatch Art Project aims to present contemporary art through diverse media. You can expect art that is not only visually arresting but also works that engages the current social climate in Asia within the context of Singapore.

Job Title: Gallery Administrative Assistant

Job Description: Gallery assistants handle phone traffic, prepare purchase orders and coordinate events and exhibits. During regular hours and special events, gallery assistants ensure that the gallery is clean and that visitors follow the rules. They are responsible for monitoring and keeping artwork safe while the gallery is open.

Responsibilities: Managing a gallery’s information technology and computer systems. Welcoming the guests and provide them with a tour. Preparing sales and marketing files for clients. Support sales processes. Manage catering for exhibition openings, events.

Requirements: Team player with a positive mindset. Meticulous and organized.

Skills: Proficient in use of MS Office Application- Word, Excel and Powerpoint in Macintosh OS. Knowledge in Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator is a must.
